None of these items are needed if your child is big enough to sit comfortably on a regular toilet 😉 However, keep in mind that optimal poop position includes having hips/knees at 90° . We love this potty seat, aka potty topper or potty seat topper. Munckin did a great job making a seat that's durable and easy to use. It helps block a potty mess (if you have boys, you know what we mean 🤪). Super easy to clean, too!

The best stool for potty training:
A stool is helpful so your toddler can reach the regular toilet (and the sink). This stool from BlueSnail has two steps, and the top step is removable! This means you'll get use out of it for a while 😊
